Thanks for visiting my site. Over the years I have grown to appreciate the life challenges that I have overcome. When we consider the landscape of underserved and underrepresented minorities, a close look at the statistics will illustrate metrics that are increasing rather than decreasing. It is my personal belief that we all have a stake in the moral principle of helping each other succeed. Success is something “we all” benefit from. I understand the challenges from a first account. In my book, “Preparing for Success”, I share tools I picked up along the way that simply weren’t common knowledge in the community which I evolved. I describe methods and techniques that helped me through college, helped me through grad school, and helped me establish leadership career in engineering with fortune 100 companies.
